The Woodland Heights Neighborhood Association’s Art Committee has partnered with the Commercial Street CID (Community Improvement District) and the Springfield Police Officers Association to bring more art to Historic C-Street’s core.

Strolling along Historic C-Street you may have noticed the blank window space at 233 E. Commercial St., at what was previously Drury on C-Street. The building now sees regular use from the Springfield Police Officers Association, but the public is presented with only a dark curtain to view from the street.
