Participants (12 max) will learn all stages of making Blue Heron’s famous sweet galette pastries (rustic pies). Everyone will go home with fresh sweet pastries baked during class. All ingredients and recipes provided. Drinks and dinner provided during class! This is a fun and engaging, interactive class for all skill levels. Whether you are baking for the first time, or are an experienced baker looking for some extra tips, come have some fun!
