Participants will learn all stages of making Blue Heron’s famous sweet-filled croissants. Everyone will go home with fresh croissants baked during class, and also shaped croissants to bake at home. All ingredients and recipes provided. This is a fun and engaging, interactive class for all skill levels. Whether you are baking for the first time, or are an experienced baker looking for some extra tips. Drinks and dinner during class!
