Wanna make great soup? Start with great stock. During class we will learn to make our house chicken noodle soup and handmade egg noodles. We will also learn a blended soup technique for butternut squash soup. We will have soup & fresh sourdough bread for dinner + some of our shop pastries for dessert. This class teaches several core techniques that are sure to up your game in the kitchen. Go home with soup we make in class, made with your own egg noodles. Come join us!
