Blue Heron Baking Class: Salads & Salad Dressing + Focaccia & Croutons

March 14 @ 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm


Let’s make some salad! During this interactive class, we will learn to make several dressings and two types of salads. Homemade salad dressings are an easy way to make salads SO delicious, and they are so easy. We will learn make a French viniagrette, ranch, and Caesar dressing. In addition, we will learn to make our own homemade croutons & focaccia bread. You will be running to the Farmer’s Market as Spring approaches so you can make the best salads around. Dinner will be a salad & bread bar, with vegetarian/vegan options. Soft drinks served during class, and you are welcome to bring your own wine/beer to have with dinner. Come join the fun, and learn that salads at home can be super delicious!
