Learn how to impress family & friends with a platter of cinnamon rolls & other sweet pastry rolls. During class you will learn how to make the perfect dough for cinnamon rolls. Also, how to make the cinnamon sugar filling, and how to form them. You will make and bake both cinnamon rolls and other sweet pastry rolls during the class. At the end of the class we will serve a party food buffet. Soft drinks are included, BYO beer or wine if you like. You will go home with dough & pastries we make during the class, plus recipes for future bakes.
