Impress family & friends with a platter of mini sausage rolls and quiches! Learn how to make a flaky butter pastry, that we will fill with Blue Heron famous sausage meat, then cut and bake to party-sized portions that are sure to impress! We will also learn to make mini-quiches using the same dough. At the end of the class we will serve a party food buffet for dinner. Soft drinks are included, BYO beer or wine if you like. You will go home with what you made during the class, and recipes for future bakes.
