Come learn to make an English Classic! Hot Cross Buns are a traditional breakfast item served during the Easter season in the UK. They are delicious, buttery, fruit studded rolls w/ an iconic cross atop each one. Come learn to make these delicious rolls, go home with a tray we make in class (to bake at home for Easter), and also a recipe for future bakes. Dinner on this night will be Easter inspired — Ham, dauphinoise potatoes & roasted veg. Served with warm buttered rolls. Come have some fun!
