Learn how to make Pumpkin and Pecan pie in time for the holidays! You will learn how to make and handle pie dough, how to work with it, make a pie shell, and how to bake it properly. You will also learn how to prepare and cook the filling. Everyone will make and their own pie during the class, and we will also learn how to make whipped cream to top it! We serve dinner w/ a selection of our pies and drinks at the end of the class. You will go home with the pie crust & filling, ready to bake at home, plus and a recipe for future bakes.
