Learn how to make Blue Heron famous flour tortillas! This is a fun and engaging class for all skill levels. Participants will learn the steps of mixing dough, techniques for rolling, and how to cook. Taco bar with the pork carnitas (veggie option if requested) on freshly made tortillas will be served at the end of class. All tools and ingredients provided, and everyone will go home with tortilla dough!
