Learn how to make Blue Heron sweet-filled Galettes! During class we will learn to mix, make, laminate (layer), and shape your own galettes. We will make & bake a lemon or raspberry almond, and your choice of creme filled galette. Everyone goes home with galettes they made in class, as well as dough for making your own galettes. Tickets are $85. Dinner & soft drinks served during class, and feel free to bring your own wine or beer. This is an interactive class designed for all skill levels, come have some fun!
