Learn how to make Blue Heron sweet-filled Croissants! During class we will learn to mix, make, laminate (layer), and roll your own croissants. We will make & bake almond, chocolate, and your choice of creme filled croissants. Everyone goes home with croissants they made in class, as well as dough for making your own croissants. Dinner & soft drinks served during class, and feel free to bring your own wine or beer. This is an interactive class designed for all skill levels, come have some fun! Tickets may be purchased here
