The holidays are here!

It's another busy week on Commercial Street. Merchants are working hard to get ready for our Third Friday event, this Friday, December 19. Many of our beautiful shops will be open this Friday right along with the normal array of fabulous restaurants and live music.

C-Art Gallery

Come check out this fantastic art venue on C-Street in a historic space currently featuring work by Linda Passeri.

Flora and Forge

This beautiful shop is definitely one you won't want to miss. Plants, flowers, apparel, and stocking stuffers abound.

LeDoux's Furniture and Whatnots

A relatively new addition to C-Street (opening earlier this year), this shop has an eclectic and funky feel and is filled to the brim with the coolest gifts and stocking stuffers. Look for the flags flying above their front door.

North Star Christmas Company

The crown jewel on C-Street during December would be Springfield's only dedicated Christmas store. You need an ornament for the tree? They have it. A wreath? Check. Snowglobes? Yep. Stockings? Indeed. You simply have to stop in before Santa arrives to take it all in.

Serendipity by Dreamy and Darling Creations

If you're having a gathering, you need to come to Serendipity first. They are a one-stop-party shop, offering everything from a balloon bar to bloom bar. It's all here: the gifts, the ribbons, the bows.

Springfield Mercantile

This is an adorable shop with absolutely must-see windows this holiday season. Another fantastic gifting source, stop by here for everything to make all those homey tasks like laundry and dishes just a little bit brighter and greener.

GLO Center/Queer Artist Showcase

Your second art-centered event on C-Street this Friday is at GLO. Supporting the work of queer artists, this event is pay-what-you-can or donate to the food pantry. There will be live music and snacks. Art will be for sale.

Sugar and Glow

Come visit this personal care shop to get the glow on this season or any other season of the year.

Upside Down Mercantile

Come visit this retail spot that is a project of Down Syndrome Group of the Ozarks. Feel great about the gifts you buy this season and support this special group of entrepreneurs.
