Jefferson Footbridge Lighting and Rededication

Make plans now to attend the biggest celebration Springfield has ever seen. The weekend of May 1-2 will be jam packed with classic cars, drones, jazz, and beer gardens with a central focus on the lighting and rededication of Commercial Street’s very special Jefferson Avenue Footbridge. There will be history demonstrations, food vendors, all your favorite C-Street pubs, cafes, and merchants, and a ton of glorious classic cars–all celebrating a massive Springfield event that honors the birthplace of Route 66, America’s 250th birthday, and the rebirth of our footbridge all in one weekend.
