Small businesses in Springfield saw a positive economic impact from Black Friday and Small Business Saturday.

Mosaica Rose owner Christine Schilling said she’s thankful so many customers came out to support her artwork.

“Compared to a normal Saturday, there was no doubt that there were people who came for the event, for the day, and to support small business people. I could feel that. I could see it,” Schilling said.
