Learn how to make Blue Heron sweet-filled Croissants! During class we will learn to mix, make, laminate (layer), and roll your own croissants. We will make & bake almond, chocolate, and your choice of creme filled croissants. Everyone goes home with croissants they made in class, as well as dough for making your own croissants. Dinner & soft drinks served during class, and feel free to bring your own wine or beer. This is an interactive class designed for all skill levels, come have some fun!
