Welcome to Poets’ Corner Open Mic NOW ESTABLISHED at The Third Place on Commercial Street! Sign up is at 6:30 PM, starts at 7:00 PM, and ends at 8:30 PM.
Slots for five-minute intervals will be available, but please be courteous of others wanting to perform! Halfway through performances, we will take a 10 – 15 minute intermission and reconvene to finish.
We strongly encourage authentic self-expression through the written and spoken word — original poetry from the wordsmith. Language is acceptable as long as it isn’t hateful or vulgar for vulgar’s sake.
NOTE: A tip jar will be available to support the open mic to help develop merch, provide lighting, better amplification, and more. Please support the continuation of an event that has profoundly impacted others. Your genorisity would mean VOLUMES!
