A Springfield-based small-scale manufacturer of colognes, room sprays, lotions and more has officially moved its headquarters to the heart of Historic Commercial Street and opened its own tiny boutique at the front of the property.

American Heritage, which husband-and-wife duo Michael and Aisha Doss founded in Springfield about a decade ago, had a soft opening March 6 at its new manufacturing center and small retail boutique, located at 303 E. Commercial St. The couple plans to host a grand opening celebration in summer 2025, Michael Doss said.

American Heritage makes all types of boutique products in house, including solid and spray colognes, lotions, room sprays, incense sticks, candles, bath soaks, soaps and more.
